ABOUT WARNER'S HOMES & IMPROVEMENTS
OUR HISTORY
In 1958, Grace and David, along with son Larry, started what has become one of the oldest, largest and most respected construction
companies in the area, Warner's Homes and Improvements.
In 1964, with insight into the future of the home building industry, Warner's became the first in the tri-state area to offer a faster and better way of building houses. Custom homes are built to each specific customer's design. Currently, Warner's custom homes are beautifying the countryside in much of western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio and our company is respected as one of the founders of the Mercer County Builders Association.

Today, Larry and his two sons run the business. Todd manages the remodeling division and Brian manages the new construction. Warner's Homes and Improvements has become the areas most complete showroom with displays of most major name brand products. Brian, along with his wife Amber have designed and built some of the finest custom homes in the tri-state area. Warner's cares about their customers, making every effort to satisfy their current and future needs. Whether it be remodeling or new construction, every customer is guaranteed a job well done. The quality is literally built into each project by including the best name brands along with some of the top carpenters in the area.
