In
1958, Grace and David, along with son Larry, started what
has become one of the oldest, largest and most respected
construction companies in the area, Warner's Homes and
Improvements. They started their business selling furniture,
appliances and doing home improvements. In 1964, with
insight into the future of the home building industry,
Warner's built the first split entry modular home in the
United States and became the first in the tri-state area to
offer a faster and better way of building houses. Modular
homes are pre-fab homes that are custom built to each
specific customer's design. Currently, Warner's custom
modular homes are beautifying the countryside in much of
western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio and our company is
respected as one of the founders of the Mercer County
Builders Association.
Today, Larry and his two sons run the business. Todd
manages the remodeling division and Brian manages the new
construction. Warner's Homes and Improvements has become the
areas most complete showroom with displays of most major
name brand products. Larry, along with his son Brian, have
designed and built some of the finest custom homes in the
tri-state area. Warner's cares about their customers, making
every effort to satisfy their current and future needs.
Whether it be remodeling or new construction, every customer
is guaranteed a job well done. The quality is literally
built into each project by including the best name brands
along with some of the top carpenters in the area.
Allow Warner's to take the uncertainty out of the
homebuilding or home remodeling process. Stop by and talk to
Brian, Todd or Larry and allow us to show you the quality
that comes with everyone of our jobs. We guarantee you will
be satisfied!!! |
